A full-service builder — planned, staffed, and self-performed in-house.
Integrated Construction Solutions, Inc. is a full-service construction provider servicing clients in both commercial property management and multifamily housing.
Founded in 2012, we have since performed thousands of successful projects — from commercial restoration and fire & flood remediation to multifamily housing renovations and multi-phase, ground-up construction.
We have a dedicated staff of 25 craftsmen with self-performing trades such as rough and finish carpentry, tile setting, concrete repair, painting, and general tradesmen — backed by construction management and general contracting expertise, and a combined 75 years of construction experience in the management staff.

Installed below-grade waterproofing to prevent further water intrusion, and a new corrugated drainage system with a french drain to guide water away from the building.

Planned and managed the multi-phase, ground-up construction of a building made entirely from shipping containers.

Full unit upgrades — new kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, interior doors, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and all finishes throughout.
Fire Restoration Hubbard Oaks Apartments
Restored two separate buildings on the property for separate occurrences of fire damage.
Fire Restoration The Lakes Apartments
Conducted the clean-out, sanitation, and full restoration of the affected unit.
Fire Restoration Lafayette Towers
Performed the demolition and restoration of a unit on the 9th floor of this historic high-rise complex.
Flood Remediation Perrine Pointe Apartments
After a category-3 water loss, performed the clean-out, dry-out, and full restoration of 12 garden-level units.
Flood Remediation Finn Apartments
Acted as part of a team performing limited removals, dry-out, sanitation, waterproofing, and restoration of the entire garden level of the building.
Flood Remediation Sterling Pointe Apartments
Took over after a major flood in 2021 to remediate, flood-cut, and restore 36 units and 9 common spaces on the garden level of the buildings.
